The hotel's decor was absolutely charming, with beautiful Italian-inspired design and cozy interiors. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. It had easily accessible ramps and elevators, making it convenient for me to navigate around the property without any difficulties.
I would suggest having more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for seniors. It would have been nice to have some organized activities or a designated area where seniors could socialize and engage in leisurely pursuits.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy family-owned hotel. The lake view room was modern and clean, with a breathtaking view right from my window. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of fruits, pastries, and eggs made to order. The hotel's pool and garden area were well-kept and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the convenience of being able to rent kayaks and paddle boards right by the lake. The hotel restaurant offered delicious fine dining options, while the nearby cafe and pizzeria provided great snack and meal choices. I had a great solo trip and would highly recommend this hotel.
Felt at home instantly, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel rooms were spacious and offered a great view of the lake. The overall maintenance of the facilities was well-kept, and the staff always had a warm and friendly attitude.

The bed was super comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The staff was very helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. The nearby village was a must-see, offering fantastic shopping and restaurants. The ferry from the village to Sirmioni was a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the area. the reception organized a Zodiac ride, which added excitement to the stay.
Upon arrival, there was no one at the check-in desk. The room seemed overpriced for its quality compared to other 5* Lux hotels.
